Single Adult Plan

$ 159.00 /MONTH

Receive up to 4 visits per month.
Additional visits are $10

Single Youth Plan

$ 109.00 /MONTH

Receive up to 4 visits per month.
Additional visits are $10

Two Family Member Plan

$ 299.00 /MONTH

Receive up to 4 visits per family member per month.
Additional visits are $10

Chiropractic Membership Plan prices are subject to monthly agreement for auto debt to receive discounts. If not utilizing auto debt at time of service, payments can be made in cash or credit card via Square. All non membership treatments subject to standard rates.

We do not accept health insurance. We do accept auto insurance for personal injury in automobile, motorcycle and/or pedestrian accidents. Membership Plans are not available for auto insurance patients.
